Our strengthening & balancing classes include beginner to intermediate and advanced levels. For beginners that have already tried the Foundation classes and want to continue developing their practise: Hatha 1, Hatha 1-2, Vinyasa 1, Gyrokinesis® method, Dynamic stretch or Pilates.
