We chose our location by Pietà marina to be within easy reach of Malta’s major towns, just a few minutes drive for most of our students.
What do you want from your practice?
All our yoga classes offer a wide range of benefits, from building muscles to calming the mind – and some classes focus on certain aspects more than others. You will be able to find your favourite class amongst our very wide range of styles and aspects of yoga. We also offer special classes for different age groups, including pre-natal, yoga for teens, community yoga and chair yoga for seniors. Our classes run from 45 minutes to 90 minutes.
If you’re brand new or fairly new to yoga, we encourage you to join our beginners classes and courses. In these classes, you’ll learn more about the benefits of yoga and get started with a solid foundation that you’ll be able to build on for years to come.
Our beginner’s classes include dynamic & restorative styles. Dynamic: Yoga for beginners, Gyrokinesis® method for beginners, Mindful Movement, Hatha 1. Restorative styles: Yin Yoga, Restorative Tantra, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama & Meditation for emotional Healing and Restorative Yoga. Beginner’s Courses include: 4-week Yoga for Beginners Workshop and 6-week Chakras & Prana Workshop.
If your primary goal is to improve your physical fitness, including strength, flexibility, and mobility, try one of our classes focusing on strength and flexibility. Of course, these classes will also help reduce stress and clear your mind. You will also find our express classes in Hatha, Vinyasa and Pilates in this category, suitable for the ones who prefer to practice at lunchtime.
Our strengthening & balancing classes include beginner to intermediate and advanced levels. For beginners that have already tried the Foundation classes and want to continue developing their practise: Hatha 1, Hatha 1-2, Vinyasa 1, Gyrokinesis® method, Dynamic stretch or Pilates. For intermediate practitioners: Hatha 2, Mysore style – Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa 2, 108 Sun Salutations, Ashtanga, Dynamic Hatha Flow. For Advanced practitioners: Vinyasa 2-3 & Andvanced Hatha Flow.
If you’re looking for a way to manage and reduce stress, while cultivating awareness and inner peace, our gentle classes are ideal. You will also receive many physical benefits, such as increased flexibility and mobility.
Our calming classes include: Mindfulness, Restorative Tantra, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama and meditation for emotional health.

Located in Pietà by the Msida Yacht Marina at 190 Triq Marina (between BOV bank and the jewelers).
Centrally located a short drive from Ta’ Xbiex (3 min), Msida (4 min), Valletta (5 min), Gzira (6 min), Birkirkara (6 min), Sliema (10 min).
We are a 2 min walk from Marina bus stop (904 / 1057).
Free parking by the marina next to La Vela restaurant.
