The stretching class is aimed at everyone who would like to improve their flexibility regardless of their yoga expertise.
We'll be using props such as blocks and straps or work with the wall. The goal of this class is, of course, to become more flexible, however, each stretch class will have a specific focus and work towards a "master pose" which could be front splits, middle splits or specific backbends.
This class will be made up of active flexibility training, static stretches, prop stretches and yoga poses that aid in becoming more flexible. Level:
