FIND YOUR INNER STRENGTH
Pilates
Pilates mixed ability classes are ideal if you've previously practised Pilates. The exercises are more dynamic to challenge the stamina and strength as well as continued focus on the fundamentals (alignment, breathing and core stability). Exercises are still offered at various levels of difficulty, targeted to challenge the individual.

Pilates is a physical exercise that strengthens your body with focus on the core. Pilates is designed to build strength, improve body-posture, balance and coordination. Pilates is not based on the yoga tradition, but may or may not include certain yoga poses in the practice. Best for: yogis who want to build strength in combination with their yoga classes.

Animal Flow
Animal Flow® is skill-based practice that moves through dual, tri and bipedal animal forms.

Designed to be practiced bare hand & foot to increase sensory feedback. The practice was developed specifically
to increase mobility and flexibility by utilizing full ranges of motion in all movement planes.

The body's contralateral sling (cross-body patterning) is consciously incorporated throughout the practice which continuously challenges stability. Because of the nature of the practice, the changes in dynamics allow for different focuses be it endurance, power development or simply creative playfulness.
